In
the sports world, one cannot think to enter or survive with a bad
body fitness level. I am an athlete and was preparing for the
forthcoming national level championship. I tried a lot to keep up my
body fitness level, but things were not under my control. I was
losing my self confidence and started giving bad performance. One of
my senior noticed my degraded performance and suggested me to hire

I

maintaining good body fitness level. I joined their classes and they
started to work on my fitness level. Their classes were of one hour
long and consisted of stretching and warm up. They started my
training with rope
climbing.
By practicing on their suggested mode, I gradually started to be back
in rhythm. They offered me various other exercises that were
essential for keeping my physical and mental strength up.

focus over the amount of calories one is taking and the amount he
should burn by the daily exercise. They asked me to do the jump
ropes, these were
simple to hear, but give effective result if done in continuous.
I
gradually showed improvement in the sport I played. I can run for
long time without getting tired. I was pleased with such a great
result and thus, I decided to take my younger brother who was
aspiring wrestler to “Cross fit Lighthouse”. They too directed
him in proper way and he got a good body shape with muscle
ups.
